Simple pricing
Our goal is to let as many organisations benefit from our apps as possible. With this in mind, we have simplified our pricing to just one low cost subscription. This option now provides your organisation with unlimited users and unlimited transactions (subject to any restrictions applied by your financial system).

Monthly subscription (unlimited users and transactions)
The monthly recurring subscription is just £200 per month. Within this charge, we include app hosting, all our mobile and web apps, along with access to all of our supported accounting API links. (All prices exclude VAT.)

Setup and on-boarding configuration (one-off)
To get you up and running, we have a one-off fixed project cost of £750 (plus VAT). These service are designed to allow our team to enable your licence, connect it with your accounting platform set you up for your app users.
A few common questions answered

How many users can we have on the app?
The number of your app users is not restricted by our platform.

How many transactions per month can we enter, and what counts as a transaction?
We now provide an unlimited transaction licence for our users. For our own monitoring, we do however still maintain a transaction count under the hood (in case a partner accounting platform requires this). With regards counting, we increment a transaction count when an app user creates a new transaction, or, they first edit a transaction that originated inside your finance system.

What device clients are supported by your apps?
Our app is a modern multi-platform app that supports mobile, tablet and web environments. We currently support iOS, Android, Mac, iPad, Tablet and modern browsers.

Can users login on multiple devices and apps (computer, phone etc)?
Yes, in the new mobile world, we expect users to be able to use whatever device they have available and so all devices and apps can be used. A user could begin a transaction on their mobile, add entries to it later via the web and then finally choose to submit it for approval from their iPad.

If we change ERP system, can we continue to use Cloud Konnekt?
Yes, your Cloud Konnekt licence allows you change ERP system provider if required. Assuming that we support your new provider, we can simply change your integration link - although you may have a little configuration and setup to do. If you are considering a provider we do not support yet, please contact us to see if we can work with them to add them to our supported list.

Do you have a demo system that we can try before we sign-up?
Yes, our apps have a built in demo mode that is available across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web etc). At the login, simply select "Not a user yet? Try demo login". Once inside the app, you can view customers, suppliers, stock etc. and review transaction ledgers. Our demo licence allows transaction entry by default, so you can also try adding purchase orders, sales orders, or even expense claim entries using our AI receipt scanning...!

Is there a minimum contract term for the software licence?
As there are technical elements to the on-boarding and platform configuration we have a minimum 3 month contract duration, and a 1 month notice period for termination.

Do you include software updates within the licence agreement?
Yes, we have an active roadmap for feature developments, as well as a pro-active approach to security and software fixes. With this in mind, we constantly update the platform and apps, which then pushes out app-updates via the iOS and Android app-stores as required.
